Babysitter Cara has her hands full with Aya and Chi, especially now that they’re both wet. It’s time for a simultaneous double diaper change! It’s nothing Cara can’t handle, but she decides it will be much easier to put both girls in extra-thick diapers, instead of having to do another double diaper change before the girls’ Step-Mommy gets home.
