Details: My next patient wanted some advice on plastic surgery as since her first baby boy her body has lost some shape and would like to know her options. She had a shy way about her which was very endearing and her long black hair was also a turn on for me. I asked what type of surgery she was looking to have and she responded with larger breasts, some stomach work and maybe her bottom also. I asked her to lie on the examining table for me to have a better look at her body. Much to my surprise she was dressed very sexyily with erotic underwear, this gave me a hard on almost instantly. Then after massaging her ass I decided to take her temperature with a thermometer from her ass. This I could tell she enjoyed very much. I then proceeded like any other good doctor would in my situation, with my tongue up her ass.
