According to experts, there ARE ways to save money when you're going to fly. Here's what they say:
1- Book early. Experts suggest two to eight months ahead for international travel, and one to three months for domestic flights. And even earlier if you're hoping to fly during holiday periods
2 - Book in the fall. Summer is the busiest period, and prices drop when fall hits
3 - Instead of picking a destination and looking for cheap flights there, find cheap flights and decide which destination and dates you like most from there
4 - For domestic trips, look for two one-way tickets instead of round trip. Different airlines may be cheaper in different directions.
