Details: It was supposed to be dinner with his daddy — until two alley punks, a ruined pair of pants, and one gallant chef turned everything upside down. When a high-strung boyfriend tries to impress his girlfriend with a “shortcut” to his dad's restaurant, they stumble into danger, humiliation, and an unexpected rescue. But the real surprise is waiting upstairs — in a warm apartment, above a cold roast, with a man who knows how to use a skillet and keep his honor (mostly) intact. This isn’t your daddy’s dinner date. It’s hers now.
