Hannah is a condescending, bitchy neighbor who just loves to ruin people's day. This time she has reported her next door neighbor for a dog waste violation, and seems to take pleasure in the fact that he has been fined as a result. The neighbor has decided to retaliate in the form of "behavior modification". He hypnotizes Hannah with a pocket watch and lures her into his apartment. As Hannah stands dazed and mindlessly repeating mantras, he readies the Bimbo Booth - a mind altering chamber that strips the subject of their IQ, rendering them a complete and total idiot. Hanna is about to receive a double dose of the treatment for bad behavior.
