Tricky dude posted an ad about renting a flat to a student in the hope of picking up a sexy chick. His hopes were justified when Jasmine Jayne answered his ad, called him, and showed up at his flat, ready to pay as much as he wanted. The dude loved her looks a lot, and he told her he was ready to give her a sufficient discount, after all, students are always low on money, in exchange for some special services.
