Nurse Makayla comes into your room as you are starting to regain consciousness. She says don't try to move, she gave you something to relax. She then proceeds to tell you that you are going to be CASTRATED- and that she has to empty your balls. You don't deserve her.. regular methods.. so she is going to try something different. As she strips off her socks, she waves her toes right in your face. She wraps her large feet around your hard dick. Even knowing you are about to be castrated, you still manage to get so hard and so excited. After you cum all over her feet, she then tells you that you are ready for your surgery!
