Lara is a Physiotherapist and has been treating Jake for a while. She secretly harbours a massive crush on him and is intent at his next appointment to give him ultimate pleasure and take his copious wad all over her pretty young face. When he arrives she wastes no time and is soon on her knees sucking his cock for all she is worth. As soon as her face is massively coated in his thick sperm she loses control and frigs herself to a thigh trembling orgasm. Lovely Girl!
