Ava Courcelles runs a holiday letting agency in Barcelona, a job she loves because she meets so many interesting people. After a flashback to her masturbating in the shower, we see her looking very business-like in her elegant outfit as she shows prospective tenant Talia Mint – making her VT debut – an apartment for rent. Later, when Talia has changed into a sexy bathing suit, Ava brings a bottle of wine to toast the deal, gazing at Talia with obvious lust and then giving in to her urge to touch her. Talia cuts short her phone conversation hastily as Ava’s full lips nuzzle her breasts; they kiss passionately and Ava kneels to suck Talia’s pussy, then throws her onto the sofa. Ava fingers and licks Talia into a frenzy, then undresses seductively as Talia watches and touches herself. Talia eats Ava as she stands there, driving her wild, and then Ava gives Talia an intense orgasm with her talented tongue. Finally they rub each other to an explosive mutual climax.
