Heady Betty returns for a scene after 2020, beginning with her giving Jay Crew a blow job as they catch up. She then meets KK Titlaser, with a natural chemistry developing between the two women. The performers engage in smothering Josh Rivers with their big boobs and asses, culminating in Josh's ejaculation over their large breasts. This scene features girl-girl and boy-girl interactions.
