Katie and Rocco are in a relationship where the only sex they have is oral. This obviously upsets Rocco but not as much as learning that she's fucking his Dad behind his back. In an attempt to get Rocco to keep her secret and not confront his Dad about it, Katie finally offers to put out, giving new meaning to the old saying, "I'm gonna make him an offer he can't refuse."
