Clearly you cannot control your urges, you cannot resist sliding your disobedient hand down to your needy cock. I must supervise you. I need to beat some self control into you. The only way you'll learn to harness your sexual impulses is under my careful eye. I will decide when you touch and how many stroke you get. Go over your strokes or touch without my permission and you'll get a swift caning to the dick.
