Emma (Yhivi) is in the early stages of pregnancy, so she's having a first meeting with her new doula, Claire (Chanel Chance). After some preliminary chit chat, however, Claire is shocked to learn that Emma has developed a craving for creampies. In fact, her husband has been giving her so many of them that he's been driven to exhaustion, so she hasn't been filled up in days!
Emma then begs Claire to satisfy her craving by giving her a creampie right then and there. Claire is hesitant at first, but is eventually persuaded. This leads to quiet, erotic sex, including a tense moment where they hear Emma's husband walking upstairs. The sex ends with a creampie, satisfying Emma's intense craving (for now...)
