This chastity boy has been constantly asking his Mistress if he can be taken out of his chastity cage and she has had enough. She tells her friend about him and they both decide to punish him. She is spanked over both their knees with their hands and a hairbrush making him squirm and apologise. The message hits home more when they bend him over the bench and cane and spank him with the hairbrush until he is pleading and on the edge of tears.
