- Hard Ass cop Kim Chi is interrogating Madame Dixie about a string of weird recent crimes where prominent men are found wandering around the streets naked and confused after being seen with her. Rather than help the investigation, however, Dixie uses her magic ring to transform Kim into a naked, brainless bimbo who does whatever Dixie tells her.
