Berlin's next lesson is to learn just how disgusting smokers smell. Natali makes Berlin wear a medical breather mask, seals off her oxygen and inserts the breather tube into her ass. She passes gas a few times, making poor Berlin smell it. This will teach her! Berlin is finally cured, but Natali requests payment by making her cum with a dildo gag while Berlin is hogtied on the exam table. After creaming it, Natali has her suck and lick it off, then lick her pussy til she cums again!
