"There you are, ready for me to examine you, take your clothes off for me. I see you are already getting excited, my tight latex catsuit often has that effect on my patients, especially when they see me putting on these black latex gloves, as they snap onto my hands. Yes, you know what I am going to do with them, putting them in your mouth, wow, I didn't say suck them, I was just testing you out. Hmm, that mouth is warm, take a look at the bulge that is appearing under my apron, yes, that's right, I am a TS nurse and I have a massive fat cock, so I can test your mouth some more, lick it, suck it, that's right, perfect first time cock sucking. I should test that prostate of yours and see how much sperm you can produce for me, rub it, faster until I tell you to cum, such an enjoyable examination!"
