Max is strapped to the bed having his semen extracted over and over again by a milking machine. Forced to ejaculate multiple times a day by the device, Max has finally had enough and gone on strike. Nurses Karlie and Lottie try different settings but can't get him to cum. When doctors Mila, Jamie and Scarlett walk in, they suggest milking him the old fashioned way. The nurses disconnect the machine and jerk him off with their hands. The doctors strip down to their lingerie and Max is soon producing yet another semen sample!
