Details: Another call. Another request for money. This time, the boy needs 1.4 million pesos. On paper, he works in a barbershop, but something doesn’t add up. His apartment is far nicer than Angel expected, and his lifestyle seems expensive for someone who claims business has been slow for months. When Angel asks how he plans to repay the loan, the confident attitude suddenly disappears. The answers become vague. The excuses begin.
