A new neighbour moved in a few weeks ago. He is a very handsome man, but everyone could see that he's a newcomer in the neighbourhood, he doesn't have friends, company. That's why I decided to ask him if he would like to join me for a small Christmas chat and maybe for some glasses of champagne... just to get to know each other better... Well, I have to tell you, we got real close to each other!
