Eddie Montana presents the place to Lana Bunny, who is interested in landing a place. She likes the big bedroom and huge comfortable bed, but the lack of air conditioning is not convincing enough for her. Lana says it's too hot and she will have to take her clothes off, flashing her boobs to Eddie Montana without hesitation, and undresses the old man as well, so they're even. The sparks between the two appear immediately and they start making out. The blonde gets on her knees, sucking the tenant's dick. They test the bed together, as the skinny young girl hops up and down the Oldje's dick. Seems hard enough, the bed. Eddie fucks Lana in doggy style, as her moans fill the room. Licking the cum out of Eddie's dick, I bet Lana got a good deal for the room!
