We wanted a written account of a day in slavery to show to potential applicants of our slave training programme so looked around for volunteers. Emily is a model who has worked with Harsh media on a few of their projects and fancied herself as a bit of a journalist so when she said she was up for the challenge it seemed perfect. We made a deal that only what she was happy being public would be released but she had to write honestly about her experience. First she is photographed and then made to serve for 24 hours. This footage is of that day and the soundtrack is Emily reading from her 24 hour diary.
