With plummeting libido and birth rates, human civilization faces extinction. The nefarious Mad Doctor (played by Deng) develops a mysterious formula designed to plunge all of humanity into sexual obsession. Upon learning of his scheme, the Power Bangers move to stop him—but the Blue Ranger (played by Bruce) is captured during the mission and subjected to brutal cum-control. To save their comrade, the Team Leader (played by Leo) and the Black Ranger (played by Koji) willingly swallow the aphrodisiac. As long-suppressed desires are unleashed, only climax remains the one true law of this depraved world.
