Follow director Alex DeLarge behind the scenes of an ALS production as we meet Samantha Heat at the start of her shoot and check out our location. Then we get back on set and watch Sam pose in her cute bra and panties. She hops in bed and works the camera until Eufrat steps in to help her with the speculum. Sam gives us a nice look inside her love tunnel and at her cervix, then gives up some hot gaping pullout shots.
