Harley has been a very naughty girl in College and Kara feels it is only suitable for her to be punished! Harley has been flashing her panties and boobs at all of the male tutors and even some of the other college students, Kara calls Harley to the front of the class to make her show off her tiny skirt to embarrass her. Kara makes it very clear to Harley that the skirt she is wearing is not appropriate for college and even makes her stand on the desk so everyone can see up her skirt. When she asks you what you think of Harley's short skirt you tell her that you like it, this annoys Kara even more so she tells the rest of the class to clear the room but tells you and Harley to stay behind for your punishment!
