Ah, this is the problem with naked yoga, isnt it. One minute youre deep in your ujjayi breath, stretching to meet the sky - and the next minute, youre distracted by a distinctly grounding feeling in that pesky root chakra of yours. Well, I guess theres more to yoga than just stretching and breathing. Its a way of life too, a way which teaches us to go with the flow - no matter where that river takes us.
