I just moved into my new place and decided to stop by and introduce myself to my new neighbor... as soon as I walk in though, I can tell straight away that you are one of those guys. I tend to have a sixth sense about this stuff just because I'm around it so much... and I knew as soon I as saw you peeking down at my toes that this was gonna be the start of a fun little arrangement ;)
