Beautiful, bespectacled Diana Prince had been on leave from the IADC following concerns that her connection with Wunder Woman had endangered her colleagues and the superheroine. Following a change of heart, she returned to the agency, hell-bent on bagging some felons to make up for lost time. Back in her office, she got straight on the phone to Steve Trevor. He had a lot to tell Diana - including a report of an evil doctor who had invented a vibrator that could be used to control the minds of women and encourage them to orgasm. The details sounded mighty familiar to Diana Prince. In her world-roving and felon-fighting role as Wunder Woman, she had come across just such a fiend before. He was the notorious Doctor Vibrato.
