Before meeting Mikaela, I never had too much occasion to think about the practical logistics of pulling off fantasy scenarios in real life. Maybe thats because, like most people, my fantasies tend to stay in my head, never to see the light of day. And why is that? Why do we deny ourselves? Is it simply a lack of organisational skills?
