- This patient needs to be shaved before his surgery, but he's a little nervous about having his "parts" exposed. Fortunately for him, the compassionate Nurse Jakof makes him feel right at ease. Of course she adds some stress relief in as well. Unfortunately, she reaches for some warm water right as he starts to shoot his load but quickly gets the situation back in hand.
