Johnny confronts the doctor when he finds out that Matt, the patient, is scamming the office for “dick pills” to sell to his friends. The doctor suggests to the nurse to practice his examination skills as the doc starts off by sucking the nurses cock as they both play with each other. The doctor shows Nurse Johnny how to fuck the patients better as the doctor enjoys his little game with the nurse.
