- The hot sun pressing down on your body, the peace and quiet of nothing to do but wait while your skin turns brown, yes, sunbathing can be its own reward - for about 15 minutes or so. After that, a girl can get bored. There are a few different ways to while away the tanning hours, books and chats and cold drinks - but Kylie H's way, I have to say, is one of my very favorites.
