Girl drummers are rare - I once read only 10% of successful rock bands have female drummers. But that must just be another symptom of our dreaded patriarchy, cause rhythm runs right through us women - useful to grind, to dance, to seduce, and most importantly for Susie, to flow with the pulses and beats of her body, a steady syncopation which culminates in a grinding, satisfying climax.
