Garnet Rose and her good friend Ryder Brooks (both wearing nurse outfits) have been assigned to a male patient (rootdawg). The patient is given medication by Garnet that help him lose control of reality. Once Garnet administers a wee bit more than the prescribed amount of medication the madness ensues. The male patient lies on his back while Garnet shoves her smelly, stinky, sweaty bare feet in his face. The male patient is instructed to take deep breaths. While the male patient is experiencing the foul odor of Garnet's bare feet she jerks his cock. She wants the male patient to become dependent on the stink of her feet in order to achieve his orgasm. Once the explosion occurs in Garnet's mouth she opens up to give the camera a nice view of the cum before she swallows it. The male patient's delight now belongs to Garnet Rose for the rest of his life.
