Vanessa and I are nurses, and Lexi is our helpless patient and we've just made her wet her diaper. She needs to have her diaper changed, and her temperature taken. We bind her wrists with padded cuffs so she can't interfere while we take care of her. Then we get Lexi all cleaned up, but before putting another diaper on her, I take her temperature with a rectal thermometer. All that's left to do now is rub her with lots of lotion and powder, and wrap her up in a fresh diaper.
