Ama Rio (wearing a green nurse outfit) visits a male patient (rootdawg) at his place of residence. She lets him know that there is hope for his struggle with performance. The male patient agress to try Ama Rio's treatment she wants to administer to him. She has him on his back on the bed while she smothers his face with her stinky, smelly, sweaty bare feet. The male patient responds well to Ama Rio's treatment. She sucks his cock to enhance the experience. Once the patient explodes into Ama Rio's mouth she swallows the load and bids him farewell.
