Care worker Lila has been looking after Sam and his "issues" for a while. Today she is interviewing two new carers when he throws a tantrum and she has to quickly calm him down by rubbing his crotch! It last a few minutes before he kicks off again, this time Lila yanks down his pants and starts jerking him off. "It's the only way to calm him down!" The new girls like the sight of his big cock and push him to the floor so they can take turns sucking it. He soon explodes all over himself with the new girls wondering when they can start!
